Helix Monsters products are printed specifically for each order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or accidental purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to replace or refund eligible items.

Digital products are non-refundable.
